Whistling Kite Petit Verdot has been handpicked and basket pressed, then allowed to ferment naturally with minimal intervention. Showing vibrant deep red colour and aromas of cherry blossom, and ripe berries, the Whistling Kite Petit Verdot has rich varietal characters. Young and rambunctious, the 2023 is full of tangy ripe raspberry flavours with an incredible acid balance. Great served with aromatic red meat dishes.
